Ingredients:

• 200g dark chocolate
• 100ml cream
• 3tbsp freeze dried raspberries powder
• Cocoa powder for coating

Method:

Heat the cream and pour over chopped chocolate. Stir until smooth. Mix in raspberry powder. Chill until firm. Roll into balls and coat with cocoa
